you forgot to say not to ingest soy.
Actually, it’s not been proven that soy causes any problems.
sorry,i think you better do some more homework on that subject even youtube itself has many informational videos on soy.
Well I HAVE an under active Thyroid (see my videos) and cannot drink cows milk so drink soya milk and my medication/Thyroid is not effected by it what so ever. Also, If you look at Thyroxin packets it says nothing on the information leaflet inside about taking Soya. Also, I wouldn’t judge what you see on youtube as gospel about ANY topic! Before you jump down my throat (again) my Thyroid problem was not caused by Soy, it was caused by another medication.
almond milk is much better for you and tastes better too especially if its the vanilla kind.
I feel screwed because if I eat real salt my legs swell up like a balloon so I’ve been eating fake salt and then with the splenda man I’ve been eating that for years and years now! I feel so bad all the time about my weight gain. I just learned too that Soy is a bad thing! I’m in such a rock and a hard place not to mention I have no insurance to get any help RRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My doctor has told me that alot of people always blame the Hypothyroid disease for weight gain…and sometimes they think they gain 30 – 50 pounds or more because of the diease, the disease itself does not contribute that much to your weigh gain, so i guess theres alot of whimps, its much based on YOUR DIET youre contributing to the disease, suck it up and eat well.

@linkintek06 Try going with an undiagnosed thyroid problem for years and see if that doesn’t pack on the pounds. Also there are alot of people with thyroid problems that also have other underlying metabolic problems like PCOS, which can cause weight gain. Another thing to think about is that if your tired all the time how can you work out to burn off all those calories? And lastly most of us with thyroid problems can eat next to nothing and still gain weight.
